Frank Alonso
had a passion for coaching soccer. It was his life’s work. He coached in the Manhattan, Kansas community for over 20 years. Frank was the head coach for the Manhattan High School boys soccer team and coached club soccer as well. Through these endeavors, he impacted the lives of thousands of players.
Frank Alonso passed away from pancreatic cancer in the fall of 2018. In memory of his lifelong work and in recognition of his legacy, our family has established the Frank Alonso Memorial Fund. We seek to honor those, like our father, who have dedicated themselves to improving lives through the game of soccer in Kansas.
